Action: changed name from "Lilium pardalinum ssp. pardalinum" to "Lilium parvum "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This odd lily is referable to Lilium parvum (rather than L. pardalinum ssp. pardalinum) based on both the locality and the short tubular flower with included stamens, but it looks a little queer somehow. Nevertheless, it must be parvum.
