    Action: changed name from "Oxypolis occidentalis" to "Sphenosciadium capitellatum "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "both the doubly pinnate leaves and flowers are wrong for Oxypolis. The spherical flowers are definitive for Rangers buttons."
