    Action: changed name from "Castilleja tenuis" to "Castilleja lacera "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Note the broader lower lip lobes on the corolla, the somewhat curved corolla beak, and the divided leaves, all more characteristic of C. lacera than of C. tenuis.
