  • plant community   on low slope of an old, small, roadside clearing in gravelly soil of mixed volcanic origin and lacustrine alluvial gravels, in a Magellanic deciduous Nothofagus forest community
  • notes   Southern Hemisphere GPS -51.30693,-72.84006; colorful shrubs, roadside on originally cleared forested slope, now recovering with forbs and shrubs. Site lies along northern most base of Cerro Tenerife volcanic cone and west above southern shoreline of Largo Portero near Bahia El Bote.
