         "The locality/date for the upper image of Panamint Alligator Lizard, collected by me, is Grapevine Canyon, Nelson Mtns., Inyo Co., CA September 16, 1969.(The Ramsey Canyon, AZ locality, and date, apparently goes with the Madrean (Arizona) Alligator Lizard photographed with the Panamint.) M. C. Long"
