Mt Tamalpais State Park; Above Alice Eastwood Campground; off of Sierra Trail (Marin County, California, US)notes Only one shrub in the vicinity. This is the only individual of this species that I have ever come across in the Redwood Creek watershed. I believe it was more common here in the past since there are a number of historic herbaria specimens (check the CA Consortium). It is more common on Bolinas Ridge and Inverness Ridge. There is a duplicate record of this occurrence that I posted on CalFlora that shows the exact location (+/- 15 meters or so).photo category: Plant - shrub
