| Reviewer's comments: | | | "This specimen appears to me to be E. verrucipes based on information from the species description: "Skin everywhere smooth except on the sides, which are tubercular-areolate." (Cope, 1885). From the description of E. guttilatus (Cope, 1879): "skin without folds, smooth, except some small tubercles on the eyelids, and a trace of areolation on the posterior part of the sides and abdomen."" |
