    Action: changed name from "Plagiobothrys myosotoides ssp. verrucosus" to "Plagiobothrys torreyi var. perplexans "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Plants in the southern Sierra, formerly called P. myosotoides are currently considered P. torreyi var. perplexans. Plants called P. verrucosus are only known from the Hamilton Range in Santa Clara Co."
