Action: changed name from "Lepiota seminuda" to "Lepiota sequoiarum "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Cystolepiota seminuda is a small powdery white mushroom, without a distinct annulus, and when young beautiful teeth hanging from the pileus margin. The stipe becomes vinaceous red from the base upwards. The depicted mushroom has a silky-fibrillose pileus, and a nice annulus on the stipe. The group of Lepiota sequoiarum consists of several (probably undescribed) species in California and is in need of revision.
