notes Leaves and inflorescence. The inflorescence was forked once basally, terminating in two umbel-like clusters of flowers (furcatum = 'forked'). The leaves here are larger than average, probably because this plant was growing in the deep shade of a redwood forest. camera Shot with a Canon Digital Rebel XT at f20, 4 sec, ISO 100, using a Canon 50mm Compact macro lens.
