| Reviewer's comments: | | | "The reference to "Mount Bruno, elevation 1300 feet" no doubt refers to the location properly known as San Bruno Mountain, whose elevation is roughly 1300 feet. T.W. Davies made reference to "Radio Road, Mt. Bruno" on a number of butterfly vouchers from Radio Rd, which leads to the summit of San Bruno Mountain. Also, a 1967 paper on Callophrys viridis by Brown & Opler refers extensively to a population of Callophrys viridis on San Bruno Mountain." |
