    Action: changed name from "Scarlet snake" to "Cemophora coccinea "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "I have no idea if the ID is correct, but it is apparent that the common name and scientific names are in each other's positions. This update assumes the IDs are correct and puts the names in the proper fields."
