Action: changed name from "Buteo jamaicensis" to "Buteo lineatus "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This dorsal view of a juvenile plumage Red-shouldered Hawk has few clues, but two are: the wide light bands on the folded secondaries -- the lowest part of the wings; better is the wide dingy-white bands on the tail. Red-tail bands are less pronounced and thinner dark bands. Finally, the Shoulder's tail is a bit longer, proportionate to the wingtips, than the Red-tail's. The latter's wings usually fall to within almost an inch of the tailtip. This photo shows wings a few inches shy of the bottom of the tail."
