notes Late flowering specimen located in chamise-dominated chaparral. Specimens moderately abundant in the Campo area, showing a clear preference for disturbed areas. Not observed in areas lacking sunny openings. The few specimens observed in undisturbed areas were restricted to shallow drainages and rocky areas where exposure was available.camera Canon A95
