notes This plant is growing on the vertical face of a dirt bank. Its basal rosette lies completely in a vertical plane. It's inflorsecense stems project out horizontally, perpendicular to the basal rosette. The plant is huge.camera Shot on a Canon D60 at f5, 1/125 sec, ISO 100 with a Canon 50mm Canon Compact macro lens.
