	Reviewer's comments:
	"The photographer's identification of E. franciscanum is a synonym of E. watsonii var. franciscanum according to Munz. This, in turn, is a synonym of E. c. ssp. watsonii according to Hickman. Though there is not enough of the plant shown to independently verify that ID, the apparently flat-topped inflorescence and broad leaves are consistent with the photographer's ID. "
