| Reviewer's comments: | | | "These are nestling Northern Harriers, told by the rich-orange-rust breast color, the shape of the head and face (smaller in harriers than buteos), and especially the pin feathers starting to form the harrier "disc" around the face. Finally these photos were almost certainly taken at the nest, the grass being typical for harriers. Swainson's nest in trees." |
