	Action: changed name from "Ipomopsis congesta" to "Tofieldia glutinosa "
	Reviewer's comments:
	"Difficult to determine petal number, but stamens much more exserted than in Ipomopsis congesta, inflorescence too long, and overall morphology strongly resembles Tofieldia. I. congesta does not occur in wet habitats."
