    Action: changed name from "Aquila chrysaetos" to "Haliaeetus leucocephalus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Rounded head and black bills are great clues that a Golden Eagle is really a juvenile (first-year) Bald. Some further clues: large head for body size (Goldens have pinheads); no golden "nape" -- the broad patch of gold iridescent feathers on the back of the head and neck. You could almost use the lack of feathered legs to hint Bald Eagle, however, the leather bracelet obscures the right leg color."
