Helenium puberulum (Sneezeweed) |
Helenium bigelovii | Mt Scott is in Oregon, not California. Oregon Vascular Plant Checklist cites only one occurrence of puberulum in Oregon (Willamette Vy), and classifies puberulum as exotic. Ray corollas look too big for puberulum, but just right for bigelovii. Could be autumnale, I suppose, but not puberulum, unless Google couldn't find the Mt Scott that conceivably could exist in California. |
