Triteleia ixioides ssp. scabra |
Triteleia ixioides ssp. anilina (Mountain Prettyface) | The upright forked filament tip appendages indicate this is Triteleia ixioides ssp. anilina (Mountain Prettyface) rather than ssp. scabra in which the appendages on the filaments are curved outward. The blue anthers are consistent with ssp. anilina, too (but are not definitive).
Both subspecies do occur in Yosemite NP, ssp. anilina at higher elevations and ssp. scabra at lower elevations.
