Jeff Abbas   

 

Jeff Abbas is a serious nature lover. He specializes in wildflower photography and capturing macro images of the flora and fauna of the "unseen woods". Since moving back to Iowa in 2001, he has made an extensive study of the Tallgrass Prairie, especially the medicinal uses of the native prairie plants.
Special interests: Gourmet cooking, archaeology of ancient America, flintknapping, macro photography, geology of the Driftless Area, invertebrate paleontology, the life and music of Antonin Dvorak and pre-cancels of the United States.
