notes Inflorescence of Fritillaria agrestis. I didn't find the odor of the flowers so bad...they simply smelled like garlic to me (and I like garlic :-). I encountered these plants in the cool of morning, and nearly all of them had lady bird beetles resting within the corollas from the previous night...each fairly well doused with yellow pollen. high resolution file https://www.flickr.com/photos/17069890@N03/25721668720/sizes/o/
