Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, elev. 33 m (110 ft.) (Humboldt County, California, US)species associated with this habitat: Pseudacris regilla Aneides vagrans Batrachoseps attenuatus Dicamptodon tenebrosus Ensatina eschscholtzii notes Explored with Riechilda, Ava (6-years old), and Cole Flaxington (11-years old). Drenching rains flooded rivers and overwhelmed our water-resistant clothing. The most prominent salamander found was Aneides vagrans, one was even spotted clinging to the restroom's outside wall.photo category: Landscape - habitat
