    Action: changed name from "Mimulus kelloggii" to "Mimulus douglasii "

         "The lack of lower lip development suggests M. douglasii and the range fits.

         "Does lack a lower lip like douglasii (per Skinner comment) but doesn't have the gibbous throat of douglasii. Color and pattern on upper lobes definitely kelloggii"
