Approximately 1.8 km by trail south of Mong-La, Sagarmatha National Park, Nepal (Nepal)notes Herd of about 35 adult and juvenile animals--in the foreground is a relatively young male, but most of the adult animals were females. Our Sherpa guide noted that during the summer when the animals live at high elevations they tend to cluster in small groups, but when the begin to move downhill in the autumn they often do so in larger groups.photo category: Animal - Mammal
