  • plant community   edge of a meadow in a mixed conifer forest
  • notes   Consulted with Dean Taylor on the ID of this specimen because the thorn size does not fit with TJM2. Thorns measured 23-25mm long and inflorescence branches were glabrous. Keyed out in FNA to C. douglasii. Bushes were 6-7ft tall.
