  • notes   Suffrutescent, rhizomatous sub-shrub on roadside bank and drainage swale in calcareous gravels and coarse soil. Note short yellow flower petals (5) partially obscured by numerous white exserted stamens of the globose heads. Zigzag stems unarmed.
