| Reviewer's comments: | | | "According to standard regional references (Jepson, Munz, Abrams, and more) Linathus breviculus flowers are both sessile and salverform, unlike those in this photo. Thus this is definitely not L. breviculus and is probably best left as Gilia sp. until someone familiar with the California taxa can better place it using specific identification characters." |
