Action: changed name from "Allium tribracteatum" to "Allium obtusum "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Allium obtusum has thick cell walls and cells are close to square. Allium tribracteatum has thin, horizontally elongate cells that distort into "stacked slugs" or "dancing dolphins" near the middle. This has thick walls and nearly square cells."
