  • location   km 16, old unpaved road to Batopilas from State Hiway CH 25; 9.8 miles south of Samachique jxn., 1.7 miles south of Basigochic, 5.2 miles north of Quirare (Mcp. Guachochi, Chihuahua, Mexico)
  • family Fabaceae
  • plant community   pine- oak woodland at 7265' (2215m) elev.
  • notes   moist soil of roadside seep and pouroff, along low road cut in pale volcanic rhyolitic tuff. Unfortunately this botanically rich habitat was recently destroyed by construction of a new paved highway to Batopilas.
