Jones Creek area. Dinosaur National Monument (Uintah County, Utah, US)notes Island Park Fault. View to the north along Jones Creek. The cliffs on the left side of this small valley are formed by the Weber Sandstone which is Pennsylvanian and Permian in age. The cliffs on the right are formed by the Madison Limestone which is Mississippian in age.
