  • plant community   Very wet forest 200-800m
  • notes   Endemic to Kaua'i and O'ahu. This species differs from the other Scaevola in Hawai'i being the only tetraploid species. Additionally, it is the only Scaevola in Hawai'i with bright yellow and waxy corolla's. Elevation around 4100ft/1250m.
