Lower Trenta valley, Na Melu place, next to Trenta 2b house, East Julian Alps (Posočje, Slovenia)notes Slo.: hrapava trnovka, hrapavi dežniček - Habitat: Semiruderal terrain near woodshed of a farm house; flat terrain under Juglans regia; calcareous ground; mostly in shade; exposed to direct rain, average precipitations ~ 3.000 mm/year, average temperature 7-9 deg C, elevation 600 m (1.950 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. - Substratum: sandy soil with a lot of wood chips from chopping firewood and other organic debris under Juglans regia. - Comments: Growing solitary; pileus diameter 11 cm, stipe 10 cm and ~16 mm diameter. - Spores smooth. Dimensions: 7,2 [8,2 ; 8,6] 9,5 x 3,1 [3,4 ; 3,5] 3,8 microns, Q = 2,2 [2,4 ; 2,5] 2,7 ; N = 35; C = 95%, Me = 8,4 x 3,5 microns; Qe = 2,4.
