plant community Oak woodland with Q. hypoleucoides, Q. perpallidanotes steep mid-canyon slope on volcanic tuff. NOTE: orange/salmon flower color approaches that of S. pacifica. Although very similar, thicker leaf blades with short petioles and more robust flowers places this plant with S.coccineakeywords: SMOc
