North Rim. Grand Canyon National Park (Coconino County, Arizona, US)notes Mount Hayden at Sunrise from Point Imperial. The light unit forming the pillar is the Coconino Sandstone (Permian). The Hermit Shale (Permian) forms the slope just below the Coconino.
