plant community Chaparralnotes This area was burned over by the Jesusita Fire in May of 2009. (roughly a year before this picture was taken). In 2010 there was a massive display of P.v. here, in 2011 a smaller display, and in 2012 I have only seen one plant and it did not bloom until much later than in previous years.photo category: Plant - annual/perennial
