    Action: changed name from "Leptosiphon bicolor" to "Leptosiphon jepsonii "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "ID tentative, but location fits, andL. bicolor never has red spots at bases of corolla lobes. Cf Wirtz photos from Solano Co."
