  • notes   This particular morph occurs naturally in the wild. It is the result of genetic chimerism. It is a recessive trait, with straight Mendelian transmission. Heterozygous animals tend to still be more colorful and have more saturated oranges than do normal ball pythons that don't carry the genetic codon for piebaldism.
