    Action: changed name from "Lupinus sparsiflorus ssp. sparsiflorus" to "Lupinus truncatus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "L. sparsiflorus often has blue flowers with yellow banner spots. L. sparsiflorus has longer hairs that dangle off the calyx, and sometimes the wing petals are not as round."
