| Reviewer's comments: | | | "The plant in the photograph has nearly sessile flowers, and is probably the same plant as in an accompanying photograph that shows more than 1 flower per node, with pedicels less than the bract. These are all consistent with V. virgatum, and inconsistent with V. blattaria." |
