| Reviewer's comments: | | | | "This taxon is known from the subtropical forests of western Ecuador between 1,000-2,000 m elevation (Torres-Carvajal, 2001), and may also occur in Colombia (Ayala, 1986). Note that these localities are in South America, not Africa. " |
