  • notes   Spheroidal weathering of pillow basalt in an outcrop of the Mindego Formation. The formation is composed primarily of basalt breccia with tuff, pillow lava, ash flows, sandstone and mudstone. It dates from the late Oligocene and early Miocene. This outcrop is near the type location, Mindego Hill.
