habitat Forestnotes Esta salamandra juvenil estaba activa de noche, sobre vegetacion baja (60 cm sobre el suelo) de un bosque nuboso, a aproximadamente 1570 m.s.n.m.. Esta es la mayor elevacion a la que esta especie ha sido registrada. La fotografia es parte del proyecto PILA-Darwin: Herramientas basicas para el manejo del Parque Internacional La Amistad ('Darwin Initiative', numero de beca 15/027: 'Baseline tools for management in P.I. La Amistad (Costa Rica/Panama)'), del Museo de Historia Natural de Londres y la Universidad de Costa Rica. /// This young salamander was active at night on low vegetation (60 cm above the ground), in a cloud forest about 1570 m a.s.l.. It is the highest elevation registred for this species. The picture is part of the PILA-Darwin Project ('Darwin Initiative' 15/027: 'Baseline tools for management in P.I.
