Action: changed name from "Unknown" to "Tipulidae sp. "

Reviewer's comments:

"Obviously a crane fly (resembles very large mosquito). Photo is not detailed sufficiently to determine species. All crane flies are order Diptera, family Tipulidae. The "Mayfly" designation is not correct, as a mayfly rests with upright wings (2 pair), rather than 1 pair of horizontal wings. "Diptera" means only "two wings."
