Action: changed name from "Opuntia sp." to "Opuntia violacea var. santa rita "

Reviewer's comments:

"Opuntia violacea is the only opuntia I know of with this type of coloration. It's likely var. santa-rita if the photo were taken in the wild. It's also not too likely to be from California, unless the photo were taken in "captivity", as Opuntia violacea is native to the Chihuahua and eastern Sonoran deserts."
