Action: changed name from "Plethodon dunni" to "Plethodon elongatus "

    Reviewer's comments:
"California Plethodon dunni almost invariably have a green dorsal stripe. Rowdy Creek canyon has a small population of P. dunni in one site, but the canyon also has a very large population of P. elongatus, many of which have red or no dorsal stripe."
