Action: changed name from "Arctostaphylos pallida" to "Arctostaphylos tomentosa ssp. crustacea "

    Reviewer's comments:
"The leaves of Arctostaphylos pallida are auriculate and clasp the stem while those of A. tomentosa ssp. crustacea are petiolate. Lvs in the plant in the image have petioles. The species occur together in the hills of Alameda and Contra Costa counties."
