There are other 'flavors' as well...purplish, mauve, etc. The other plants in the photo are Eriogonum incanum (with flat oval leaves and flowers in heads) and Ivesia muirii (whose leaves are linear with a cylindrical cross-section).camera Shot at f14, 1/125, ISO 100, on a Canon Digital Rebel XT with a Canon 50mm Compact macro lens.
