habitat under boulder in creeknotes Found during graduate student Seth Pouge's Dicamptodon tenebrosus study in NW California, 1993, when I worked for Humboldt State University Foundation as Herpetologist in field for 2 months July-August. These eight eggs were torn off a tailed frog clutch by juvenile salmonids (trout) juveniles when the nest was found during a Dicamptodon survey.camera Sony Digital with Macro Function
